Randall S. Schuler is Professor Human Resource Strategy Rutgers University. He is also Director Overseas Credit Programs and Director Center for Strategic Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University. He has served on the faculties of Cleveland State University Penn State University Ohio State University University of Maryland and New York University.
