Very useful reference book for nurse educators

This textbook was required for one of my graduate classes. It's one of the few books I've kept as a reference. Ended up using it for several more classes and have cited it in numerous research papers. The text layout looks dense, but it's easy to read. Includes updated teaching approaches and distance learning considerations. Incorporates various teaching/learning theories, but emphasizes student responsibility for the learning process. Am glad I was introduced to this author.
